With only a few more months left in NYC and only a few more days to spare this summer, we embarked on our journey to discover the old world charm of Coney Island!
HOW TO GET THERE
Take the D, Q. N or F train to Coney Island, Stillwell Avenue! It takes about 45-60 minutes from 42nd Street Times Square metro stop.
WHAT WE DID
When you get off at the Coney Island stop at the end of the line, just head towards the beach! With over 3 miles of beach and boardwalk, it makes for a very relaxing day walk. Halfway down the boardwalk, stop off to ride the world famous Cyclone Rollercoaster! It was quite a thrill and only $8 per ride.
WHERE TO EAT
Towards the end of the Boardwalk, there were a few restaurants, and we chose to eat at this place named - Winter Garden. Delicious meals and beers!
THINGS TO DO NEXT TIME
Eat a hot dog from Nathan's!
Bring our swimsuits and lay in the sun!!
Catch fireworks on Friday Nights in the Summer!!!
